Can anyone confirm if the master code needs to be changed at the panel and NOT in total connect 2.0? Instructions suggest that you can change the master code form the total connect 2.0 website however I have not found that to be correct. I'm getting errors when doing that.
I even tried to change it via the virtual keypad in Total Connect 2.0 without success.
