I was asked to assemble an FAQ for a large client with several dozen field offices throughout the country. The idea was the provide them with a small FAQ of items that seem to come up with every system, any time a new user gets in front of it. I thought it might be a good idea to ask the IPVM brain trust for this since diversity is the key to really finding a list of items that makes sense (plus I know I would forget something painfully obvious).
We have made custom quick reference sheets for the basic things (live video, exporting video, playback, adding card access to a person's profile, how to arm an IDS zone, etc.) but the idea of this FAQ is to help my customer explain to their end users what to expect and how to select people that will easily be able to deal with these new systems.
