We are trying to help a client that has approximately 19 Mobotix M24 cameras and Milestone VMS. The original integrator is no longer involved and we are told that everything was fine until the PC that has the Milestone VMS suddenly died. We would replace the PC with DW Spectrum, but are not sure if these cameras will work with Spectrum or not.
We went to the site hoping to discover the cameras using a laptop and were unable to find any of them. I brought one of the cameras back to our office to see if we might be able to login to it and test compatibility, but have been unsuccessful in determining the IP address. If we are able to determine the IP at least we would have a chance of discovering the other 18 cameras at the site. The password could prove to be an obstacle as well, but we are not even at a point where we can try it.
