Client would like to be able to monitor how much material is in a hopper/container without having to climb up the ladder. Loader operators would be able to connect to or see camera image on a smartphone, tablet, etc. The caveat is that it cannot or will not be connected to the internet. Wiring is not an issue, but it cannot be connected to any existing network, so local wireless access only. I know that we could do this with any IP camera connected to a router/access point combo, but hoping to use as few parts as necessary. Hoping for some suggestions.
