Seeking Recommendation: Camera For Florida Boat Slip... No Cable Allowed, No AC At Boat Slip

This is a family vacation condo in Cape Coral Florida. The condo association does not allow external wiring or AC power on the boat slips. Wifi is excellent as it is a short throw from the lower unit to the boat slip.

I assume this will require solar power w/battery and a wifi (ugh) security camera. I would never recommend WiFi security cameras to anyone but here I am in a situation where it may be required.
