Securitas CEO Identity Stolen, Declares Bankruptcy, Preventable?

Securitas' CEO had his identity stolen, leading to a bankruptcy declaration.

This happened in Sweden, which has been promoting digital payments over cash for standard transactions.

Even though Securitas does not offer identity theft protection, this seems like something that could cause some damage to their brand as a protection company. Was this easily preventable? Should Securitas have taken better measures to protect the identity of executives proactively as part of their brand management?
