We have a real estate customer who is running into repeated issues with people climbing up to the roof and going to town on their roof top HVAC units. Physical security solutions immediately came to mind, but they are bringing up bolt cutters and full hardware sets to defeat the initial attempts the real estate contact had initially arranged for from the HVAC company. They're now asking if there's anything we can do from an alarm standpoint to alert when this is occurring. Outside of finding a way to put a contact on, has anyone found any ways to help deter or allow alarming to occur when the unit is broken into?
