Sanitation/Wash Down Areas - Camera Recommendations?

We have a customer that packages & cooks food in a stainless steel environment. The rooms are completely stainless steel from walls to the ceiling. At the end of every day, they sanitize the entire room and EVERYTHING gets sprayed. This site is all Axis from cameras to NVR. Would an outdoor rated camera with a stainless steel housing be the route to go OR put a camera inside a housing?

Side note: they want dome style cameras mounted to the ceilings because they used to have bullet style cameras and have been cited by health inspectors.

Possibly the AXIS Q3517-SLVE. Here are the ratings:

IP6K9K, IP66-, IP67-, IP69-, and NEMA 4X-rated, IK10+ (50
joules) impact-resistant, stainless steel casing with polycarbonate
hard-coated dome and dehumidifying membranes
Coated, electropolished SUS 316L stainless steel
Encapsulated electronics, captive stainless steel screws

I would check out the BASH enclosure by Dotworkz or something similar. The enclosure is really nice we have a few deployed in areas where chemicals and soap are used regularly.

Shannon - the Axis 3517-SLVE is the exact model I would going to propose. I was worried about water getting into the dome but could use a thin coat of silicone where the housing meets the ceiling.

Matthew - if a stainless steel housing camera wasn't up to the task, dotworkz was my next stop

Thanks for the input

Make sure to silicone around where it seals. That is the major pain point for these types of installs. Soap and chemicals eat gaskets big time.
