Hi All,
Appreciate your kind opinion and advice on subject. We are looking to improve visibility on our security system/equipment's health status without network. Any suggestion?

Background
We have numerous number of shops across a wide geographical locations. Each shop is installed with IP video surveillance system (Server in RAID 5/Windows OS and VMS, UPS, PoE Switch, IP Camera etc.). Due to various reasons, we can not put network to these locations at this moment and thus can't centrally monitoring it.
