PSA Replaces Booths With Exhibitor Group "Speed Dating" - Which Would You Prefer?

Conferences typically have exhibitor booths, where attendees can pick and choose who they approach.

The PSA TEC 2023 Conference, for the second year, has replaced that with what they call "Table Talks" which many informally refer to as "speed dating." Attendees are assigned to fixed groups and would rotate to the next table every 10 minutes, with approximately 40 total tables / companies.
