Permalink Not Working In New Version Of Calculator (Fixed)

I am not able to utilize the Permalink feature for some reason in the new version.  Each time I attempt, I get a new Permalink URL, have tried in multiple browsers and systems.  When I paste the URL in a browser, I get an IPVM logo in the upper left, but nothing else but some grayed out boxes.

Todd, the greyed boxes may indicate it does not work in that browser or with those settings. A significant part of that (specifically Safari and FF) is going to be solved tonight when we push the 'final' version to all users.

What browsers have you been using? I just generated a Permalink and pasted that link in Chrome on Mac and it worked.

I have tried it in Chrome (which I am using Calculator in), Internet Explorer and Edge. I had a customer try as well with the same results.  Is there an email address I can send the Permalink to and a screenshot so you can see it?

Todd - can you send me a permalink so that I look into the problem?  I tried recreating the problem to no avail.  The permalink works as designed for me.

I was going to send you a screenshot or video, but as of this morning I am getting a 404 Error, when trying a permalink. Does the end user receiving a Permalink require an IPVM login? My customer is not an IPVM user, so he is not logged in. If I am logged into my account, a Permalink works for me in any browser.

Todd, I verified that link gets a 404 for me too. I sent this to our developers and I expect to share a response shortly.

Todd, we've identified the problem and will have a fix later today. I will update when resolved.

Todd, the fix is live and permalinks should fully work. Let us know if you see any other issues or if we can help further. Sorry for the problems here.
