An interesting update to the non-stop patent trolling. A judge ruled against a patent troll, & made the law firm personally responsible. This is after the lawyer stated that if the defendant tried to sue them, they had no $ and would not be able to pay. Thus, the judge ruled that they were in fact trolling, etc...
