Looking for recommendation on ONVIF compatible PTZ controller / joystick.
We tried the LEAFTEK controller and it kind of works, but seems a bit buggy and randomly disconnects from the cameras. It also goes crazy time to time and sends the cameras on a seemingly never ending spinning journey.
Do you have any specific requirements for the controller/joystick? Number of input buttons, jog wheel, etc? What manufacturer VMS/NVR are you using?
Leaftek and most other ONVIF joysticks are advertised as connecting directly to PTZ cameras for control, instead of a software connection through the VMS/NVR. Is this how you have it configured?
We have not tested any ONVIF joysticks, but there have been some questions asked previously in our Discussions section, but from skimming the links there were not any recommendations for ONVIF joysticks.
