Off Topic: Juul - Worst Tech Invention Ever?
Ok, so up and until 5 minutes ago I had never heard of this and since it is Friday afternoon I am posting this. Video below:
Also, evidently, this is proof I don't get out much.
But a fair of number of industry people (especially integrators?) smoke. Curious if people are now 'Juuling'?

Every time I see a Vape Shop, it reminds me of an edgy sno-cone stand.
I watched that whole video.
First of all - keep in mind that Vox is a media outlet that can hardly be called 'news'.
Here is a paragraph from their wikipedia listing:
"Shortly after it launched, conservative writer David Harsanyi criticized the site's concept of "explanatory journalism" in an article in The Federalist titled "How Vox makes us stupid", arguing that the website selectively chose facts, and that "explanatory journalism" inherently leaves out opposing viewpoints and different perspectives.[31] Pascal-Emmanuel Gobry at The Week argued that the website produced "partisan commentary in question-and-answer disguise" and criticized the site for having a "starting lineup [that] was mostly made up of ideological liberals."[32] The Week's Ryu Spaeth described the site's operations as, "It essentially takes the news (in other words, what is happening in the world at any given moment in time) and frames it in a way that appeals to its young, liberal audience."[33]"
*bolds are mine
and FTR, the idea that slick advertising can influence human behavior is not a new one.
as pathetic as that sounds, it don't mean it aint 100% true.

I've seen a bunch of people using the Juul thing. I never knew what it was til now. I think I've seen a sign for it in passing and figured it was just another e-cigarette.
Of the people who I know who smoke/smoked, only one vapes anymore, and they are not into these sorts of things because apparently they don't provide enough vapor to simulate a real deep drag on a cigarette. Thus, the only vaper I know uses their own home built kit that has them ending up looking something like Brian's edge sno-coner above. They'll unwillingly tell you all about what coils and batteries they use for max power and all if you're not careful.
Do any of these actually have storage? Just for some cover...
Dad: What you got there, son? You don’t think I was born yesterday, do ya?
Son: No way, not even close to yesterday. Anyway, in the meantime, they’ve invented the flash drive, and this slender stick of silicon is just such a device. Here, check it out...
Dad: Sure, sure... I should have no problem then reading it with my antique “PC” here, right?
Son: Maybe after you minimize vox.com from full-screen mode. But it’s just usb storage...
Dad: I’ll be the judge of that...Hmmm...It looks like several downloaded term papers, plus the most violent video games known to man, a few bootlegs, Tor-lite, dozens of clearly inappropriate images...
Huh...I guess I owe you an apology ;)
On a different note... I would vote for email.
After smoking cigarettes for ~8 years I have not smoked since I bought my Juul in June.
Silly name, yes, but still a decent & discreet NRT (nicotine replacement therapy) option.
It does not create a large vapor cloud which I actually appreciate as I am not trying to fog out whichever square mile I happen to be smoking in.
I breathe much easier and my gf says my snoring has decreased immensely.
In my opinion, nicotine was "going viral" way before doctors recommended smoking as a health cure.
Instead of delivering nicotine, the first person to invent a device to deliver an appetite suppressant or a multivitamin will make a mint!
As someone in High School I can tell you that this is a real problem. Kids using these devices in the bathroom in between classes is the norm. My highschool even went as far to install some Hikvision cameras outside the bathroom doors to help fight this issue..
