NVR With 4K Decoding Capabilities?

It is very popular that recent NVRs launched by players like Hikvision, Dahua etc. support HDMI 2.0 interface with 4k decoding capabilities. Though, Hisilicon's 3536 (SOC for NVR) claims such higher decoding support, how useful is it for the customer? How many such customers prefers to view the video streaming on 4K TV connected through HDMI port? When we talk about high end NVRs like 64 Channels / 128 Channels, most of such devices are getting installed in a rack. In such scenarios where will they install TV?

It is well understood that the command and control centers need big display where they can view live videos. But according to my knowledge most of such centers go for VMS with video wall. Opinions please.
