Need Help From Bosch

My experience: 

I've created a ticket(?) here https://www.boschsecurity.com/us/en/support/contact-form-na-temp/

I got "Thank you for your submission."  No reference number, I did not receive any e-mails.

A few days later - still no answer. 


I tried to go with a live chat option. The support person asked me for a reference number. I told him/her I do not have one and asked if it's possible to find my request by name or phone number or e-mail. The answer was "I do not have such tools".


I'm a VMS manufacture and would like to get in touch with somebody who can help us with API. Can somebody please help me.

If the connection made by John doesn't work, maybe try going through your local Sony rep since they are now merged.  I am in the Northeast - can offer a name if needed.
