My experience:
I've created a ticket(?) here https://www.boschsecurity.com/us/en/support/contact-form-na-temp/
I got "Thank you for your submission." No reference number, I did not receive any e-mails.
A few days later - still no answer.
I tried to go with a live chat option. The support person asked me for a reference number. I told him/her I do not have one and asked if it's possible to find my request by name or phone number or e-mail. The answer was "I do not have such tools".
I'm a VMS manufacture and would like to get in touch with somebody who can help us with API. Can somebody please help me.
