In any event, most if not all VMS solutions will have a recording scheduler that does just what you want.

If you are recording to a SD card on a camera, this is a common feature as well, usually administered thru the web page interface of the camera.  For instance, here is a Hik Video on how to do this on their NVRs or cameras:

Thanks ! I think Hiks is max 8 per camera/VMS but did not know about Exacq VMS I will look them up both again. /Jonas

If you are referring to sd card/Nas recording, most can schedule this directly in the camera UI. Hanwha and panasonic allow for this.

All nvrs and vms all for this as well, depending on how you record.

720P is a pretty low resolution by todays standards. You may also reconsider the 30FPS requirement. Most cameras will do it, but it usually isnt necessary and wastes bandwidth and storage.

For my in house cameras to record the ABAs I have my avigilon cameras scheduled to only record in motion when they are here. It can schedule down to 30 minute window and each day can be a different schedule for a week. No monthly option.
