NDAA Compliant HD-TVI Cameras And Recorders?

Greetings IPVM Community. I have a customer who has made a significant investment in Hikvision and Dahua HD-TVI cameras and recorders. To better explain significant, they have ~4000 channels currently deployed. They must comply with NDAA and are looking for the most streamlined way possible. Any thoughts on cameras and recorders that comply with NDAA? The main driver in replacing like for like if possible is that they do not wish to use IP over COAX converters or re-cable. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. I saw a similar question asked in the NDAA Whitelist thread, but no responses yet.
