Motorola Opposes Dahua Compliance Plan Confidentiality

In April, Dahua sent the FCC a confidential compliance plan so it could authorize new equipment as long as it is not for 'prohibited purposes'. IPVM filed a reply opposing this, noting that making the plan public is in the public interest.

Now, in a June 23 FCC submission, Motorola Solutions (MSI) also argues Dahua's compliance plan should not be confidential for multiple reasons. MSI did not cite IPVM's reply, instead making detailed legal arguments.
