Milestone Integration With Patriot Monitoring Software - Trouble Identifying Alarms / Displaying Images

Last year I installed a 56 Cameras system using Axis cameras and Milestone Pro Plus 2017 R2 in a large house. I also installed Optex beams and PIRs around the grounds. My customer has decided he would like the site monitored by a monitoring company using Patriot monitoring platform. 

The monitoring company are receiving the alarms but its looks like Patriot is having trouble with displaying images and identifying the alarms. Has anyone integrated Milestone with Patriot? I can only find a small bit of information from Patriot which talks about Milestone integration.

I'm not personally familiar with Patriot Systems but they are a Milestone Solution Partner so if you're able to get video and alarms remotely, but their software cannot, then they can definitely reach out to us if they're unable to determine the cause.

That would probably require the monitoring company to work with Patriot to identify the cause though. If you haven't already, I would ask them to try using Smart Client from the same machine/network they are running the Patriot software on. Assuming you've confirmed that Smart Client is working remotely, perhaps they're having their own routing/firewall issue independent of Patriot or Milestone?

If Smart Client isn't working from their network and they're willing to work with you and Milestone support, I'm sure we can help to resolve the issue.
