Best Practices For Receiving Video Surveillance Review Requests?

We're a fairly large corporation with, on average, 5 to 10 requests for video review per week. Incidents are mostly exterior, as we have few cameras inside. Incidents range from fender benders, B&E, trespassing, suspected theft, etc.

We currently use Power Apps to receive all security related requests e.g. hard keys, badge access, new employee, CCTV, etc. We have two people on staff that review video. Unfortunately, our responsibilities are expanding, and as a result, video review has taken on a sort of burdensome feel.
