I called Meraki Support to troubleshoot connectivity issues with the MT10/MT14 sensors as part of the upcoming Environmental Sensors Shootout.
While on the phone with support, it was discovered the issue was with a failed firmware upgrade for the MV2 camera gateway, however, the Meraki dashboard stated the camera was up to date, with no way to see that the firmware upgrade had failed.
