How Do I Get Jobs With New Construction Projects?

This is may not the place for this question but I figured I would ask it anyways as it will more than likely help out a lot of companies that are growing.

Wondering what or where would be the best place to market to in order to get jobs with new construction projects? would it be with engineering or architect companies or companies that are general contractors?

A few suggestions on what has worked well for others would be greatly appreciated, we can do the leg work once we have a better idea just need to know so we are not wasting time on the wrong industry to get ourselves introduced to. Thanks. CS
