Manufacturer Shocked At How Some End Users Allow The Nationals To Get Away With Terrible Installs

I represent a large manufacturer in a very active market. One of my jobs is post-sale tech support, where I attempt to unscrew screwed-up installations.

I am always shocked at how some end users allow the nationals get away with terrible, no good, outright incompetent installs. Like, how can you possibly trust these people if they've been trying to make it work for months and months and they only called out the big guns half a year after the project was supposed to be completed?
