Low Cost, Cloud Managed Camera Solution?

Whats your go to low cost low camera count solution? I usually lean towards alarm.com as they are cloud managed, but have a monthly fee. I need a low cost solution that ideally is cloud managed with local storage, and no monthly fee. What options are there? Budget would be under $1,000 for a 4 to 8 HD camera system.
