We are looking for an option for a talk-down solution that is IP based. Ideally we have controllers on a computer in a guard room with microphones (preferable software that can run on all guard computers) and speakers at the remote end to hear and talk.
We have been using Axis horns and having it play a recording when motion on a nearby Axis camera occurs, but we have had no luck with Axis helping us with a solution. Disappointing but we've moved to offer other cameras too due to all the backorders and lack of service from our local folks.
