Looking For PTZ With Low Power Requirement For Harsh WX Condition

Over the past 15 years, I have installed numerous cameras used for security and to monitor livestock in remote areas, typically on farms and ranches. They are usually placed on the tops of buttes with a wide view of the surrounding area. The cameras and supporting radios are powered by solar installations.

Initially, I installed early Toshiba cameras, which still function. Unfortunately, it appears that Microsoft has recently disabled the version of Internet Explorer that will still run the Java interface for these cameras. So, they will have to be replaced.
