Looking For Information On Saitell

A local distributor is selling Saitell now.  It looks like Dahua and am wondering if it is indeed?

Those are Hikvision OEMs in those images.

You'd know better than me by sight! One element that is clearly not Hikvision are the CVI cameras:

They list no TVI products.

Btw, Checked shipping logs, only 4 records in the past 2 years for Saitell:

It could mean they are small or they are getting shipments under another name.
