Hi, I don't trust this product but I don't have real reason. I don't have choice to look into it since clients have been approach by others companies regarding this product. Does any of you have opinion or information regarding this product.
Me I just don't trust the "security" in it but again, I don't have proof that it is lower or same as other big name.

Website is http://virtualarm.com, domain name registration hidden / private, no SSL< archive.org only has results for this company since early 2018 (which matches up with their press release section), website look like it was designed by a 15 year-old in 2008:
Only personal details I can found are on the press releases which list H. Alexander Elliot as President and CEO. I found no LinkedIn matches for his name or for the company's name.
Only "H. Alexander Elliot" alarm result I found was from Florida licensing:
I can't be certain this is the same person but likely since can't be many with this exact name and in the industry.
American Digital Monitoring offers dealer monitoring starting at $1 on an equally antiquated looking website:
The company has a LinkedIn profile but no employees listed. The company claims to provide "wholesale contract monitoring for over 1,700 independent alarm dealers with over 190,000 accounts in The U.S. and Canada."
Jonathan, so what is Virtualarm's pitch / main point of interest? Have you tried calling them and speak to a person? It's past business hours right now so I did not try that.
Another think that is bizarre, You found that it seam to be there since 2018 but i can assure you that the product have been around for more that 3 years
The website at that domain looks to be just over a year old and its earlier press release is the same time. It might exist elsewhere under other names, etc.
Wow you have found a lot of information. I did't spoke with them. I have received a publicity from a central (see link below) and 3-4 tech avec talk to me about this product since the past 3 years.
