Looking For Feedback On Apartment Building Wireless Locks

I was requested to spec a wireless central controlled access control system for an apartment building that can handle common areas as well as the individual apartments. I was leaning towards Salto. The customer asked me about the following options and how they compare. I don't have any experience with them, so I am wondering if anyone can provide feedback:

Kevo for rental property

Schlage Control - for multifamily locks  

Latch.com

 

Does anyone have any experience with them?

I've put in a couple thousand Salto locks for various property managers and they've been a solid choice.

The issue they have is with the cost. The other options are a fraction of the price

What is the cost/ price point they are balking at?

I believe I cam out that my cost between the mortise lock as well as the licensing was somewhere in the $750+range per door and that was too much for them
