Looking For A Long Range Surviellance Camera - 1.2km

Can anyone point me to a surveillance camera manufacture that can provide me with a PTZ surveillance camera that can  provide a usable image ~ 1.2kms from camera position to target. To define a 'usable image'  we would require to provide identification of individuals (height, color of clothing) at the target point.

so.....any suggestions?
