I'm wondering if I can take a DSC Power series PC1864 with a TL250 internet communicator and use present 3 from keyscan to arm/disarm the system. Being that the TL250 does NOT use the keybus 8 slot and uses its own connection i believe this is possible. Trying to flip a VERY picky customer from total connect and a Vista 21IP to DLS 5 and the PC1864 from DSC to integrate with their Keyscan system. We have already gone the Alarm.com route and the customer is not happy that they cannot manage user codes while the system is armed. Really would like to know how the DLS 5 software works and experiences you may have had with it in the past. If anyone has any knowledge or useful articles/videos on this any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is Keyscan Present 3 Compatible With DSC?

Feb 25, 2018Alarm.com is much easier than DLS 5. I have a fair amount of experience with both and the DLS software has a much larger learner curve when it comes to troubleshooting any issues the customer may have. Have you called tech to see if the DSC panels will work with alarm.com while armed. Your much better off going that route
