Despite protests about the tax saving / scamming aspects of such deals, Tyco and JCI today have reaffirmed the deal is moving forward.
There is quite a lot of overlap between the integration / install / branch offices of Tyco and JCI, which has lead to projections that many offices would be merged and redundant staff eliminated.
