Sorry, I meant the Micro M3000 Door Controller (By UTC) a system that is sold only to licensed installers? If not, does anyone know where I can get it?

Jan 04, 2018Casi-Rusco (ie: Picture Perfect) has been out of business for several years, and these parts are no longer available new. UTC has a migration program in place, and most access vendors (especially the ones who use Mercury hardware) have 'bridge' panels that are drop in replacements.

Jan 05, 2018Yes, it´s still only sold by their business partners. The EOL of these "CASI" hardwares (M3000, M2000 and DirecDoor) are planned for end of 2019.
