They likely spent more on this Brivo solution than a typical hotel system. This installation uses network drops with PoE for HID readers and wireless Assa Abloy locks for the suites, plus the cost of Brivo compared to traditional hospitality solutions like Vingcard or Onity but in this case, the hotel was built without a lobby and does not have front desk staff to manage physical cards.
