Is Avigilon Worth It?

We have historically been a HIK and Hik OEM installer.  We are now getting more into local and fed gov't contracts.

We have been trying to create a partnership with Avigilon since May of 2017.  We did the tour and demo, submitted all our information, and they wanted to put us "On Hold.. Until I was ready"?  I never really understood that.  All I wanted is to get some of their hardware and start getting familiar with it before I sold it as a solution.  No Dice.
