IPVM Disclosure Ofwarts & Underbelly

IPVM has done a good job of disclosing some of the nasty warts and the soft underbelly of the traditional “alarm Industry”, which includes firms like ADT, Vivint, Monitronics, RapidResponse. And much more disclosure to follow! Which could be an open invitation for the newbies with lots of creative muscle, like Verkada. Remember, this industry is often said to be a $25Billion ++ market. So, lots of incentive and motive for a better way to participate. Note, Apollo still controls over 70% of ADT. Is it too late for Apollo to dump ADT? ADT has reported losses every year since their IPO, and underperformed their IPO price… not much excitement. If too much junk for Google, then who? Any suggestions as to how outsiders could become insiders.
