Installers - What Is Your Top 3 Wish List For Housing Design/Installation Innovations?

I'm wondering what the installer & integrators often encounter and wish camera manufacturers would do/invent/implement? I've seen some praise for Axis for "having the installer in mind" and really besides the fabled Junction Box not much else. Would snap-in installation options suffice or would that be too, physically, insecure?

What are the top 3 things you wish camera makers would do? Perhaps things that are taken for granted or just plain neglected? Maybe some things that you just have to be doing the installs to truly understand?
