I never did much door hardware installation as a technician so this is a process I'm unfamiliar with. I'm good at sizing up new electrified door hardware since it's a part of my job, but one thing I've never wrapped my head around is when I have a concealed vertical rod exit device that I need to replace, what does that process look like?
