How Do You Convert An IP Camera Video Stream To SDI For Broadcasting?

It says it only works on JPEG2000 streams.

Was that camera selected because of its extreme environmental rating?

Only asking because Panasonic actually makes a dual IP/HD-SDI 4k PTZ camera.
