We have a mix of Honeywell Series 30 cameras that have different firmware versions, and we cannot find where to get the firmware updates, and Honeywell support for this series is, well, worthless.
The model is HC30W45R2. The version we have is 1.0.18.20190523. This version does not allow pings or remote connectivity. We need to be on the same subnet to access it.
