Hikvision has released a well produced video about cyber security

It doesn't actually give any details on how to secure anything, rather assurances that they are a leader following international cyber standards, whatever those are.
They also posted a guarantee image when stating that they will respond to issues and resolve them.
And that they analyze their products during design and test for malicious code (back doors?) as well as once Product has been released.well produced but I can't imaging it being use din a sales meeting or discussion about cyber.
Thoughts?
Does this make anyone feel better about their products and R&D?
