Help: Analytics That Detect Person Wearing Cap Or Dark Glasses And If A Second Person Comes Into A Restricted Area

My company is working now with a project where they are requesting to use Analytics. They want to do as follows:

Identify the moment when a person jumps into a restricted area where there is already a person working. Trip wire does not work because there is a counter and there is one person working inside showing some jewerly to customers. They need to detect it, so the main control room needs to receive an alarm, or video popup window to very if its an emergency of a robery.

Second, they want to detect and alarm the main control center if someone wear a cap or dark glasses, do you think is there a possibility of detect this?
