Need Help Resetting Truvision NVR Password

May 30, 2018I did a quick look through the user manual for the NVR and it looks like they use the secure code method for password reset:
If you should forget the password to your recorder, contact your supplier with the serial number of your recorder to obtain a secure code to reset it.
If it's anything like other manufacturers, they will want the serial number/model/date on the NVR and they will provide you with a code you can enter to reset the password. Hope that helps.
