Is voltage drop with Power over Ethernet a problem you deal with?

Voltage drop due to cable resistance used to be a big design issue, but you really don't hear about it being a factor today. Voltage drop problems often manifested as video quality problems, with fuzzouts or rolling bars appearing when voltage was weak.
