I asked this a number of years ago, but it was buried in my response to another question. I have an application that requires human operators and intervention specialist using video with analytics. Has anyone used a formal test to determine the capacity of a person to respond to abnormal activity he/she views on screen? The only test that I am aware of is this one from LeaderWare.
