How Can You Tell When Manufacturers Like Arecont Are Foreign Owned?
Greetings all,
I was just asked a question about Arecont being owned by a foreign company. Their website indicates Arecont Vision® is a US company with headquarters, R&D, manufacturing, and support in Glendale, California. But I am aware of "ways around" declaring foreign ownership including proxy agreements where a company can claim legal separation between themselves and the parent company.
