FLIR Acquires Traficon
What is your thoughts on this? FLIR Acquires Traficon.
God or bad? Any connection to the acquisition of Lorex?

I don't know enough about traffic monitoring to offer any insights.
That said, the Traficon deal looks to be the opposite of the Lorex one. While Lorex is targeted at going down market to SMB / consumer, Traficon is a more natural compliment to Flir's high end, large scale business.
