FAIL: Radar Vs ANPR Camera

Do you get sometimes buffled by a blinking SLOW DOWN sign when you are already going at a snail pace?

According to the radar attached to that ANPR camera, the truck experienced acceleration and deceleration of 1.6g within 1 second!!!
