Is anyone else hearing about (experiencing) crashing problems with the Exacqvision client software on newer Mojave OS? (schools). How did you address/correct this?

Mar 07, 2019There is an issue where the decoder wasn't being exposed to Exacq properly in the newer Mojave OS. It should be fixed in the version of Exacq that comes out next week. Call into Exacq support if it doesn't fix the issue.
